Amanda completed her bachelor’s degree at the University of Central Florida, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences Pre-Clinical Track. After graduating from UCF, Amanda attended Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale where she earned a Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies. She soon began her career working at a Maternal Fetal Medicine practice in south Florida where she treated high risk pregnant patients, with a specific concentration in genetic testing, diabetes and hypertension in pregnancy. While she enjoyed the work she did, Amanda always missed out on being able to forge and foster lasting relationships with her patients. So, she decided to make the transition back to Orlando, started the next chapter of her career in Family Medicine, and is excited to do that here at AFP. Amanda is committed to providing the absolute best care to her patients while focusing on disease prevention, management and health promotion.

Amanda is a Board Certified Physician Assistant and accredited by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She is also a member of American Academy of Physician Assistants.

In her free time, Amanda enjoys spending time with family and friends, and being outdoors, especially with her golden retriever, Penny. Amanda looks forward to meeting you and creating relationships with everyone she meets at AFP!
